Hi everyone, I’m Liu Yan, a salesperson from the Ninth Business Center. I’ve been with CNACC for almost two years now.
During this time, I’ve gained a lot of new experiences and insights. By interacting with various clients, I’ve gradually come to understand the market better and get more familiar with our products. I’m constantly thinking: what kind of service should we offer to customers? What qualities must a competent foreign-trade salesperson have?
We must fully understand our customers - their markets, needs, style, and working habits. We should provide them with more precise, more efficient services and build strong stickiness with them. I believe our advantage lies in being able to offer clients feasible, series-based design solutions, and to turn those exquisite designs into reality. With a responsive attitude, we can provide a range of interesting products. In this process, we can also combine personal aesthetics with professional service - isn’t that a kind of art? Thus, we are not just executors of orders, but also our customers’ professional consultants and creative partners.
Going forward, I still need to further improve my market analysis skills and client relationship management. I hope to create even greater value for the company while also realizing my own value. Keep on going!
