Hello everyone, I’m Jane from the Ninth Business Center.
Since joining CNACC over a year ago, I’ve learned a lot. The deepest insight I’ve gained is that for everything we do, we must maintain a healthy mindset and allow things to unfold. Only with a good attitude and positivity can we effectively overcome difficulties. The mindset with which we approach things often determines the outcome. If we approach each task with the optimistic mindset, even if the final result doesn’t quite meet expectations, the attitude and spirit must remain unchanged. Treating work seriously is also being responsible to oneself. When we strive toward a goal, we feel empowered from head to toe; in contrast, if we don’t, we only grow more discouraged. When we eventually reach our goal through persistent effort, and then look back on all the hard work we put in, everything becomes sweet in retrospect.
In the course of work, we always run into various problems, and clients will have all kinds of ideas. We must respond to these problems and ideas actively and quickly. For issues, procrastination is the greatest enemy of efficiency. When you have a thought, act on it - don’t wait for the “perfect moment.” Adjusting in action is more valuable than daydreaming; during the process, constantly fine-tuning toward perfection is the best approach. For clients’ new ideas, we should communicate with the client as soon as possible to confirm expectations, coordinate with design, arrange factory samples, let the client feel our service and enthusiasm - only then can we maintain a sustainable, healthy partnership.
