Hello everyone, I’m Hua Bo. I’m currently the Quality Inspector for the Northern Region of the company. I was introduced by Director Wang to join the CNACC family in 2021. Right now, I probably oversee more regions than any other QC in the company: anchored in Shandong, with coverage extending to Anhui, Henan, Hebei, Shanxi, Shaanxi, and the Northeast.
In my past work, I have always taken product quality and safety as my mission. Having worked in quality inspection for over ten years, I have gradually accumulated experience in quality management and, based on my own past learnings, proposed rational suggestions.
Different countries have different product requirements. To be a qualified quality inspector, one must always maintain a rigorous and careful working attitude. While doing quality inspections well, one must also serve as a bridge between the company and our suppliers - helping factories solve production issues, so the company and suppliers can reach long-term win-win cooperation, while also earning recognition from colleagues.
Seeing the products I inspect being sold all over the world, especially when those products are repeatedly re-ordered, gives me a sense of pride.
