In foreign trade business practice, I focus on different aspects at various stages: emphasizing cost logic during quotation, focusing on quality control in sample development, tracking progress and controlling product and shipment risks during the production cycle, promptly submitting documents and ensuring timely collection of payments after shipment.
I believe team collaboration is crucial in our work. It's important to maintain close contact with merchandisers, inspectors, suppliers, and clients, communicating issues promptly and discussing solutions together to avoid larger problems caused by lack of timely communication.
