On April 4th, all middle and senior executives of CNACC gathered at Fubang Sunhu Mountain Villa to hold a management meeting. Reviewing the problems that existed in the past year, organizing the achievements, unifying ideas, and starting again.

At the meeting, each business center first provided a detailed explanation and analysis of the completion level of business indicators, key work completion status, existing problems, and countermeasures for the year 2022. At the same time, combined with the data and information provided by the finance department and supply department, it can be seen that in the difficult situation of 2022, the company still successfully completed various work goals and maintained stability.

Chairman Lily listened to the annual work report and gave a concluding speech. At the same time, she proposed the overall direction and strategic deployment of the company's work in 2023 from various aspects such as business and personnel team. In terms of operation, it is necessary to summarize, reflect frequently, assess the situation, and make timely optimization and adjustments. Do a good job in quality control and efficiency improvement, pay attention to business quality and customer feedback, and actively connect, integrate, and make good use of various channel resources. At the same time, we must do a good job in the construction of a high-quality talent team, conduct strict assessments, and continuously improve the overall quality of our business personnel.

会上，首先由各事业中心对2022年度的经营指标完成程度、重点工作完成情况、所存在的问题及对策做出详细阐述和剖析，同时结合财务部、货源部所提供的数据和信息，直观可见在2022年度困难的形势下，公司仍然顺利完成各项工作目标，维持稳定。

董事长Lily听取了全年述职汇报并进行总结性讲话，同时从业务、人员团队等各方面提出了2023年公司工作开展总体方向和战略部署。在经营上，要善总结、勤反思，审时度势，及时做出优化调整。做好品质把控和效能提升，重视业务质量及客户反馈，主动打通、整合并利用好各渠道资源。同时也要做好高素质人才队伍的建设，严格考核，不断提升我们业务人员的综合素质。

既已开局，更应满怀信心，向着一致的方向坚定出发。
