结合货源部门所提供的报告,我司在各地区、各类材质采购情况直观可见。数据不应局限于数字,更应当从中思考并提出问题。比如我们总结出了宝贵的“德化经验”,即始终保持大力度开发、注重供应商的高质量研发工作,不断提高办事处能力。以此为例,可以运用到其他办事处的相关工作中去。
2022年度我们还获得了一个专属于中工美的新关键词,即“Z”文化。我们将继续通过开展活动、开设培训来进行“Z”文化的宣导,推进企业文化建设,增强人才吸引软实力,扩大人才吸引项目。
