Hello everyone, my name is Vicky. I am currently serving as the Human Resources Manager of CNACC. This is also my 13th year at CNACC. Looking back on these 13 years, I can only sigh that the time has gone by so fast and the process is so long…
Thirteen years ago, it was an important period of change for the company, and many documents were handed over at the beginning of the job. Every day, like a firefighter, I read all kinds of documents to find reference documents, consult relevant colleagues to understand past routine projects and solve the problems of colleagues one after another. At the same time, we also need to learn all kinds of new knowledge to keep up with the pace of change in the company and implement various new projects. In this process, there have been times when I wanted to give up, but eventually, I stuck to it and used it as an experience to find my most suitable self. In life, the best is not necessarily the most suitable, the most appropriate must be the best. In life, the most beautiful is not necessarily suitable for us, for we must be the most beautiful.
Over the years, the external environment of foreign trade has been undergoing various changes, to cope with this change, we also need to take the initiative to make changes. As millennials, we need to constantly learn new knowledge. When Generation Z, after the epidemic gradually becomes the main force, understanding their characteristics and learning their strengths, so that they are not eliminated at the same time, integrating into them, and finding more talents for the company that can adapt to the future and fit the company.
In the future, I would like to treat everyone with a sincere heart and responsible heart, doing my part. Being thankful for what I have, appreciate the things around me, and continue to grow with CNACC.
