On March 9th, CNACC held its mid-to-senior management meeting.

The conference room lights shone as brightly as ever, but in everyone's eyes flickered a different kind of light — determination, anticipation, and a courage that left no room for retreat.

Turning thirty and standing firm — but standing for what?

This year, CNACC marks its thirtieth anniversary.

For a person, thirty is the age of standing on one's own — shedding immaturity, shouldering responsibility, with clear direction and steady steps. But what does thirty years mean for a company?

It means we have sailed through the storms of economic cycles, been tested and tempered by the market, and witnessed countless peers rise and fall. It means we have accumulated invaluable experience — and also settled into certain habits that now need to be broken.

Because we all understand: thirty is not a destination. It is a new beginning.

Thirty years of trials have taught us one thing: the higher you grow, the deeper you must root.

Rooting inward may not sound grand, but it is the fundamental question of whether a company can go the distance.

This time, we turn our attention to the critical links that sustain daily operations — controlling quality at the source, refining professionalism in the finer details. Because on the battlefield of international trade, details determine success or failure.

More importantly, it comes down to people.

We have always believed that the fighting strength on the front lines of business determines the company's position in the market. So this time, the focus is not on handing down targets — it is on awakening the individual.
