Our Mid-Autumn Festival Gala: A Celebration of Reunion and Renewal

When the rouge-tinted sunset spilled across the gray-tiled roofs and pink walls of the Zheng Family’s Seventeen Houses, and flowing traditional Chinese garments brushed past the centuries-old courtyards, the night of September 26 unfolded - the beginning of CNACC’s Mid-Autumn story, written in the gentlest way.

Step by Step — The Prelude to Reunion in a Timeless Setting

Before the gala began, we followed the cobblestone path into the historic Zheng Family compound. The weathered brick walls bore the marks of time; lanterns under the eaves slowly glowed to life in the dusk. As we strolled through the ancient courtyards, the evening sun bathed the sky in soft pink-orange hues. Cameras clicked to capture the moment - smiles mingling with twilight, embodying the unique ritual of reunion shared by every member of the CNACC family. In the texture of history, we found joy.

The Light in the Speech

The evening opened with an inspiring address from our company leader - a speech that carried both uplifting news and a story about courage, set against the backdrop of Changbai Mountain.

She recalled a moment of hesitation while facing the 1,442 stone steps leading up to Heaven Lake, wondering if she could make it to the top. Yet, she chose to climb, one step at a time, and when she finally reached the summit, the lake’s mirrored reflection of the clouds was far more beautiful than she had imagined.

“The future will always hold uncertainty. We will inevitably ask ourselves, ‘Why is it this way?’ or ‘Can I handle this?’”

“But instead of standing still in hesitation, it’s better to summon the courage to take the first step.Like climbing stairs, every step counts - and when you reach the top, you’ll find your own ‘Heaven Lake view.’”

Her words became a reflection of what she hopes for each of us: that the challenges we face at work and the unknowns ahead are our own 1,442 steps - obstacles to be crossed with confidence and determination, until we encounter our own “beautiful view.”

As night fell, the banquet lights glowed with warmth. Aromas filled the tables, glasses clinked in cheer, and laughter echoed through the air. Teammates who usually work shoulder to shoulder now relaxed, chatting freely amid joyful “Happy Mid-Autumn” wishes.

The performances that followed brought the celebration to a lively climax - songs and dances, voice acting skits, short plays, and even displays of handmade sculpture pieces. Each performance reflected youthful creativity - some light and playful, others profound - like beams of fresh light revealing the imagination of a new generation and the vibrant energy flowing through the team.

This gathering bridged old and new, long-time employees and new colleagues drew closer, and the sense of unfamiliarity melted away in laughter. In that moment, the meaning of the “CNACC family” felt more real than ever.

一步一景，古意里的团圆序曲

晚会未启，我们先循着青石板路走进郑氏十七房。斑驳的砖墙镌刻着时光的印记，檐角的灯笼在暮色中渐次亮起，我们漫步其间。彼时夕阳正浓，将天际染成温柔的粉橘色，大家举着相机定格瞬间 —— 镜头里，是笑脸与暮色的交融共生，更藏着中工人独有的团圆仪式感。我们在历史肌理中收获了欢喜。

致辞里的光

晚会伊始，老板的致辞携着振奋人心的捷报，更藏着一段关于 “勇气” 的长白山叙事。她提及前日散心时，面对 1442 级通往天池的石阶，曾有过 “能否登顶” 的迟疑，却最终以脚步丈量坚持 —— 登顶时，那方映着云影的澄澈湖面，远比想象中动人。

“未来纵有未知，难免生出‘怎会如此’‘能否承载’的叩问。”

“但比起站在原地犹豫，不如鼓起勇气直接去做。就像爬台阶，每一步都算数，终会在抵达后，收获属于自己的‘天池美景’。”
这番感悟，亦是对每一位工美人的期许：工作中的挑战、前路的未知，皆是那 1442 级石阶；唯有心怀笃定、敢闯敢试，方能跨越沟壑，邂逅属于我们的 “风景”。

夜幕降临，晚宴的灯光点亮暖意。餐桌上佳肴飘香，酒杯碰撞间满是问候与笑意，平日里并肩奋斗的伙伴们，此刻卸下忙碌，在 “中秋快乐” 的祝福声中畅聊近况。

随后的节目表演更是将氛围推向高潮，歌声与舞姿，配音表演和小品，还有自制的雕塑作品展示，每一件都凝结着年轻的巧思，或灵动、或厚重，像一束束新鲜的光，让我们看见新生代的创造力，也感受到团队注入新活力的蓬勃。借着这场相聚，老员工与新伙伴们拉近距离，陌生感在欢笑声中消散，“中工美大家庭” 的意义，此刻愈发真切。
