On the morning of February 8th, before the meal, I saw a lively scene in the company’s cafeteria. It turned out that today was the company’s annual dumpling feast. The dumpling feast has become a special ceremony before CNACC’s New Year holiday. During the Spring Festival, dumplings have become an indispensable delicacy. With hopes that in the coming years will be wrapped in dumplings, indicating good luck in the new year. The New Year’s weather is previewed in advance in the CNACC cafeteria.
CNACC’s family members showed off their 18 martial arts, wrapping dumpling in various shapes in their own way, including ingot-shaped, flower-shaped, and even Xiaolongbao-shaped. Various styles gathered together in one pot. As the dumplings are tumbling in the pot, my heart is boiling through the water, salivating; I can’t wait to eat my own dumplings. After the dumplings have gone through a “bath,” the original white dumpling skin becomes crystal clear, slightly revealing the color of the stuffing inside. Everyone eats their own dumplings and feels happy ~
