Hello, my name is Jessica. I have been working conscientiously at CNACC for nearly10 years. With my experience of merchandising, I would like to share some thoughts.
Firstly, we must be knowledgeable about the whole procedure. It’s necessary to make deadlines, and we must follow up and catch up if behind. The goal is to make sure everything goes smoothly.We must pay attention to details, such as labels, shipping marks, and documents. Every mistake means trouble and loss. This requires us to be more careful. Therefore, double checking and confirmation are necessary.As a foreign trade merchandiser, I not only need professional knowledge and effective communication skills, but also a high sense of responsibility and a firm concept of time.
More importantly, we should have a high sense of responsibility to serve customers, assist manufacturers, and ensure the products are of good quality. It’s my duty to solve any problem quickly and meet the ETD. No matter where and when, always being the bridge between the factories and the customers.
